“Short, Gray Hair makes you Ugly, Unloveable, and Worthless…” is the title of this amazing video by Matthew Blom that I saw on YouTube. I share it here because it underscores a message I want all aging women to get. It’s a message that’s central to my mission for my Change the Way You Age Group Coaching Program.

I found myself moved to tears as I watched it. It is beautifully done with such love and compassion — Thank you Matthew Blom.

In brief, there will be 6 women, with 6 months to change the way they age. This powerful group coaching program is for you if you:

are worried about how you are aging (your new wrinkles, a newly unfamiliar body image, insomnia, lack of intimacy)
want to change the limiting beliefs you have about aging to empowering ones
want to be proactive and develop strategies to age powerfully
want to be part of an engaged, supportive, and collaborative group of like-minded women
