This life changing group coaching program, “Change the Way You Age”, is for you women who are bold enough (and brave enough) to change what you believe about aging and create a new, fresh life where you age powerfully.

I’ve been on the path to aging powerfully for the past ten years, and until I uncovered the limiting beliefs I had about myself and about aging, I was unable to make significant and lasting life changes.
Five years ago, after a 30-year hiatus, I had the good fortune to rediscover NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and changed those limiting beliefs into empowering beliefs through using the magic of NLP.
Today I am living a life that ten years ago I considered impossible. This miracle is one I created for myself – by making new choices, I have made a new life. I hope by sharing my brief story with you, you will realize you can do this, too.
Ten years ago, at age 57, I had a “do or die” experience which forced me to decide which I wanted, a life of health and joy or no life at all. I chose life. Out of that experience came the desire to help other women who were afraid of aging to find their own strength and begin to live fully and passionately. My vision is to change the way society thinks about aging and help women emerge as proud elders, sharing their wisdom with the world.
My mission is to help each of you discover and develop the resources you already possess, change the limiting beliefs you have around aging and replace them with empowering ones.
So, this is why I’ve created this “Change the Way You Age” Group Coaching Program.
Realize that this program will not magically transform you into who you were ten, twenty, or even thirty years ago. It will not remove the inevitable challenges you’ll face as you age.
What it will do is give you powerful information, support, and tools to create resourceful states, so you can help yourself! I will be here to guide you, to work with you on finding and changing your limiting beliefs around aging, and to provide a safe space to explore what aging means to you.
Here are some of the benefits you’ll receive from this program:
- Discover your body’s wisdom, and what it’s trying to tell you.
- Find out which foods are beneficial to the aging process, and which ones to stay away from.
- Learn which physical activities are most useful in maintaining your health.
- Strategies on how to get a good nights’ sleep.

- Find your passion for service; what makes you want to get out of bed each morning.
- Rediscover how to really have fun.
- Develop and foster empowering beliefs to help you meet the challenges of aging powerfully instead of painfully.
- Learn some simple NLP techniques for creating resourceful states when you need them most.
- Accountability for actually making the life changes you desire.
- Gain a community of like-minded women with the energy and collective power to support and encourage each other on this important journey.
The “Change the Way You Age” Group Coaching Program consists of 2 Modules:
#1 – Health & Wellness:
- 1. Creating Your Own Model of Health and Fitness
2. Eating Your Way to Health: One Mouthful at a Time
3. Discovering Your Own Body’s Wisdom
#2 – Transitions:
- 1. Serving Up Your Passion
2. Let’s Have Fun!
3. Be the Present: Wrapping it All Up
Each Module, Health & Wellness and Transitions, runs for 3 months and includes:
- In-person group meetings designed to build rapport among group members and create a community
- Two group meetings; one at the beginning of the program and one at the end
- 6 online group coaching sessions, some with great guest speakers
- 60-minute group coaching sessions (2 per month)
- 2nd and 4th Tuesdays from 11:00 AM to 12 noon
- Sessions will be recorded so you can review them at any time
- Private, 15-minute laser coaching sessions with me
- By appointment
- 4th Tuesday of each month between 2:00PM and 4:00PM
- A private, online social networking community
- A place to give and get support by answering others questions, posting your own questions, and for posting questions for me
- A separate blog for each participant to report on your progress with the change-based work to which you have committed
- A list of useful resources: books, web sites, DVD’s, etc.
- A 1-hour private belief change session with me (a $200 value)!
The “Change the Way You Age” Group Coaching Program begins when we have 6 women who want to change the way they age and have fun doing it! We’ll start with the first in-person session of the Health & Wellness module. Don’t miss out!
The Transitions module will begin after the Health & Wellness module is completed, so stay tuned for dates. I will announce them in plenty of time to sign up.
Now, I could make this one of those REALLY long sales letters where information is repeated over and over again to convince you that you really need to invest in this program, but I’m guessing your time is as valuable as mine.
And, by now, you either want to participate in this exciting program, or you don’t.
But, before you make this personal commitment, you must ask yourself the following questions:
- Am I committed to attend every session with the exceptions that I have communicated in advance, or there is an emergency that only I can handle?
- Will the other group members be able to rely on me to keep my word as well as respect the confidential information they may reveal?
- Do I agree that if I’m accepted into the Program and find I can’t keep the above commitments, I will gracefully step down from the group?
- Am I willing to participate in the private online forum, and post to my blog weekly?
I ask you to consider these commitments carefully because they will be instrumental in determining your degree of success in this program. Half-hearted efforts will bring disappointing results – and I want you to be so successful you feel reborn!

You may be wondering why I’m taking applications and holding interviews. Because this is a group effort, I only want to include women who are totally committed to changing the way they age and who are excited about helping to create and support a community of like-minded women.
By now you’re probably asking, “What’s my Investment for each Module?”
I’m offering two payment options to provide you with the most flexibility.
Option 1: Make 3 monthly payments of $177
Option 2: Pay in full up-front — $497
Once accepted into the “Change the Way You Age” Group Coaching Program, we can discuss which option will work best for you.
If you decide on the 3-month payment plan, the deposit to hold your space is equal to the first months payment, $177.
All Participants are required to pay either their deposit or the full amount upon acceptance into the Program.
